The Artifacts of a Scrum||Board…what is included.

Specialized Board

Specifically designed for Scrum development, the boards have an ultra-smooth, magnetic and dry erasable surface with superior writability, erasability and color contrast.
Its Inner Taskboard template clearly presents Stories, Defined, In Progress, Verify and Done columns while the Burndown Chart plots progress (in Points) over time (in increments of your choice).
Each one comes with an open area designed explicitly for writing down the impediments of the team. This helps conquer identified impediments mid-iteration, so unforeseen issues that arise after authoring a story can be identified and discussed as a team.

A bonus month-long calendar is included in the templates of our two larger boards so you can mark your iteration’s release date and plan around meeting it.
Being functional, pleasurable and easy to use, the attractive boards make problem solving easier, add sophistication to your work space, simplify Scrum & reduce the time needed at the daily stand-up discussing what’s being been worked on.

Specialized Cards

Four types of magnetic, color coordinate, dry-erasable cards are included in each ScrumBoard. Each type is templated and sized as either a User Story, Task, Defect ( 4’’ x 6’’) or Sub-Task card (4’’ x 4’’). Green-Story, Blue-Task, Red-Defect, Gray-Sub-Task.

User Story, Task and Defect cards include ID/Title, Description, Points and Priority tags designed to capture the complexity and business value of each work item. Backsides have an untemplated, blank dry-erase surface for extra writing space or to draft the acceptance criteria or test. The Sub-Task cards include ID/Title, Description, Owner and Time tags to broadcast who is doing what and how long they think it will take to complete the task.

Backlog Holder

Our Backlog Holders are made from powder-coated steel and are custom-made to mount onto each ScrumBoard. Cards secure magnetically into each pocket and clearly present the title/ID of each User Story, Task or Defect card. It’s easy sort-ability helps guide you to always be working on the greatest business value.

Scrum Hawk/Eagle

One main reason you would choose Scrum Hawk/Eagle is for the benefits of its dual purpose full-sized whiteboard on the reverse. Scrum Hawk and Scrum Eagle models come double-sided. With Scrum templates on the front and a full-sized blank dry erase whiteboard on the back, they help teams create and communicate ideas and solutions.
boards are mounted on lightweight frames, as opposed to being mounted on a wall, which allows the ScrumBoard to be moved wherever needed so it can be seen by all.
ScrumBoards are ideal for teams that may want to move the ScrumBoard from meeting rooms to engineering floor-spaces, or for teams with limited wall space.
